In light of recent events in Ukraine and the escalation of sanctions against Russia, we will be holding a short webinar which will be held on Thursday 10 March at 12 pm.
The video will be made available to members on demand after the event; however, we recommend that you attend the live webinar as you will have the opportunity to ask the presenter questions during the session.
Caroline Dutot, Jersey Advocate and founder of Ardent Chambers, will provide members with a brief refresher session on sanctions with practical examples and guidance. There will also be a Q&A session using Sli.do. We encourage members to raise any questions they may have in advance of the session by going to the Sli.do app or website and using the reference #JCOASANCTIONS22. That way you can get your practical questions answered about the changing nature of sanctions given the Ukranian crisis.
We are all extremely concerned with the evolving situation in Ukraine and we know that individuals and businesses are looking to find ways to support the Ukranian people. This webinar is being provided at short notice and outside of the JCOA regular events schedule to benefit members. Therefore, we would be grateful if members would make an optional donation to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal in exchange for attending the webinar:
