Jersey's sanctions and proceeds of crime regimes have plenty in common but there are crucial differences. In this webinar William Grace from Carey Olsen will focus on the interface between sanctions and SARs drawing out how they work together in theory and in practice and pitfalls to avoid.
This is in replacement of our rescheduled event with the Jersey FIU which has been moved from Thursday 7 December to January 2024.
