JFSC Key Person Regime - Consultation Working Party

The purpose of the JFSC's paper is to explore and seek feedback on the status of the compliance function in Jersey.  The JCOA is hoping to gather the members views on this paper and submit a response.  There will be 2 events held one on 7th November, the second, on 13th November (this is the second event), please only sign up to 1 event as there are limited places available.

It would be helpful if members could prepare for this meeting by reviewing and noting a number of bullet points to capture your key comments or observations so that we can ensure that your contributions are included.

If you cannot make either meeting dates and there is sufficient demand, we may arrange a further event, however please send us your comments anyway.
